Karuselo

Terms

Last updated 8 September 2026.

What this is

Karuselo reads a business’s website, learns its colours, language and voice, and writes a month of social posts in it. You review and edit them, and you publish them — through Karuselo, or by exporting the files and posting by hand.

These terms are between you and Povilas Adomas Brukas, acting under individual activity certificate No. 1544921, Rasytės g. 30-52, Kaunas, Lithuania. Using the product means you accept them.

You have to read what it writes

Posts are written by an AI model. It is instructed not to invent facts about your business, and it can still get something wrong — a claim about how you work, a price, a detail that sounds right and is not.

Everything is a draft until you check it. You publish it as your own advertising, and you are responsible for what it says. Do not post anything you have not read.

Publishing on your behalf

If you link an Instagram account or a Facebook Page, Karuselo can publish to it. It only ever posts what you asked it to: a post you press Publish on, or a scheduled post you chose to have sent automatically. It never posts on its own initiative, never edits a post after it is up, and never touches anything on the account beyond publishing.

You must own or be authorised to manage any account you link, and what you publish is subject to Instagram’s and Facebook’s own rules. If a platform removes a post or limits an account, that is between you and the platform. You can unlink an account at any time under Brands, or by removing Karuselo from your Meta settings, and the access ends immediately.

A scheduled post is sent at the time you set, from our servers. If the send fails — the platform is down, the link expired, the images could not be fetched — the post is returned to you unsent with the reason, and nothing is charged for the attempt.

What you own

The posts, captions and images Karuselo generates for you are yours. Use them however you like, including commercially. We claim no rights over them.

The product itself — the designs, the software, the templates — stays ours.

Stock photographs come from Pexels under the Pexels licence. Anything you upload stays yours, and you confirm you have the right to use it.

Credits and payment

Work is measured in credits. A credit is what one post costs to produce, and every action that calls the model — writing, planning, rewriting, suggesting — spends its real share. The meter shows what is left. Publishing costs nothing.

Credits are consumed as you use them and are not refundable once spent. A generation that fails costs nothing and is refunded automatically.

Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel any time and you keep access until the period you have paid for ends.

Fair use

Do not use Karuselo to produce content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful, or that impersonates someone else. Do not resell access, and do not try to extract the underlying models or scrape the service. We can suspend an account that does.

What we do not promise

The product is provided as it is. We do not promise particular results — followers, engagement, sales — because those depend on your business and your market, not on us.

We do not promise uninterrupted service. We rely on other companies (hosting, the model provider, Meta) and their outages become ours.

Where the law allows it to be limited, our liability is capped at what you paid us in the previous twelve months.

Ending it

Close your account whenever you like, from Account inside the app or from this page. We can close an account that breaks these terms, and will say why.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, and disputes go to its courts. If you are a consumer, this does not remove rights you have where you live.
